    اثر تبني استراتيجية الجودة الشاملة في تحسين الموقف التنافسي للمؤسسات -دراسة حالة مؤسسة فرتيال عنابة

    هدفت الدراسة إلى اختبار إدارة الجودة الشاملة وأثرها في تحسين الوضع التنافسي من خلال تطبيق الدراسة النظرية على حالة مؤسسة فرتيال عنابة. تم استخدام الاستبيان كأداة للدراسة وتوزيعه على عينة من 35 عاملاً. خلصت الدراسة إلى أن مؤسسة فرتيال عنابة مهتمة بإدارة الجودة الشاملة من خلال أبعادها الأربعة: بُعد التحسين المستمر، بُعد رضا العملاء، بُعد القيادة، وبُعد إدارة الموارد البشرية. وبتأكيد اهتمام المؤسسة بالوضع التنافسي، واختبار توزيع نموذج الدراسة، أكد أن إدارة الجودة الشاملة لها أثر في تحسين الوضع التنافسي The study aimed to test total quality management and its impact on improving the competitiVe position by projecting the theoretical study onto the case of the Fertiel Annaba Foundation , The questionnaire was used as a study tool and distributed to a sample of 35 workers, The study concluded that the Fertial Annaba Foundation is intersted in Total QualitY Managemant through its four dimensions :the dimension of continuos imporevement, the dimension of customer satisfaction, the dimention of leadership, and the dimention of managemant on humain resources, Confirming the organizations interest in the competitive position and testing the distribution of the study model confirmed that total quality managemant has on impact on imporving the comptitive position
