Itemتجارب التحول الرقمي الناجح لدى المصارف الإسلامية وسبل الاستفادة منها(جامعة الشادلي بن جديد, 2025) العمري هديل ; خميلي ضحىهدفت الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء حول واقع التحول الرقمي في مجال الصيرفة الإسلامية لدى مجموعة من الدول المختارة واستخلاص سبل الاستفادة منها في سياق التجربة الجزائرية، ولقد تم ذلك من خلال المقارنة بين ست دول شملت ماليزيا، اندونيسيا، السعودية، الإمارات، مصر ونيجيريا، وإسقاط نتائجها على مسعى التحول الرقمي في مجال الصيرفة الإسلامية بالجزائر. توصّلت الدراسة إلى أن التحول الرقمي في مجال الصيرفة الإسلامية يُعد خيارًا استراتيجيًا لتعزيز الشمول المالي وتطوير الخدمات البنكية، وأن نجاح الجزائرية يظل مرهونًا بتأهيل الإطار التشريعي وتحديث البنية الرقمية، وتبني رؤية شاملة ذات بعد دولي، تُراعي الاعتبارات الشرعية والتقنية دون إغفالٍ لخصوصية الواقع المحلي. The study aimed to shed light on the reality of digital transformation in Islamic banking in a group of selected leading countries, and draw on ways to benefit from it in the context of the Algerian experience. This was accomplished by comparing six countries including: Malaysia, Indonesia, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Egypt, and Nigeria, and applying the results to the digital transformation endeavor in Islamic banking in Algeria. The study concluded that digital transformation in Islamic banking has become a strategic necessity to enhance financial inclusion and develop banking services. It also concluded that the success of the Algerian experience remains dependent on upgrading the legislative framework, modernizing the digital infrastructure, and adopting a comprehensive vision with an international dimension that takes into account legal and technical considerations without neglecting the specificities of the local context.
