Itemدور الموارد البشرية في تحسين جودة المنتج -دراسة حالة-(جامعة الشادلي بن جديد, 2023) العيايدة أية الرحمان ; منديلي نور الهدىThis study aimed at trying to identify the role of human resources in improving the quality of the product in the Rashrash Abdul Razzaq Food Preserving Corporation, where the answer to the hypotheses was based on a questionnaire that was distributed to a sample of 20 employees in the institution under study, and to analyze the results and test the hypotheses, we used The statistical program SPSS version 25, and this study concluded in its theoretical part that human resources have a direct relationship in improving the quality of the product and the most important functions that help in this are the function of training, motivation and employment, while in its applied side the study concluded that human resources have a relationship A strong link with the quality of the product, and therefore the Rashrash Abdul Razzaq Food Preservation Foundation works continuously and effectively to improve the quality of its products through the human resources of the institution. هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى محاولة التعرف على دور الموارد البشرية في تحسين جودة المنتج في مؤسسة رشراش عبد الرزاق لحفظ الأغذية، حيث اعتمدت الإجابة على الفرضيات على استبيان تم توزيعه على عينة مكونة من 20 موظفًا في المؤسسة محل الدراسة، ولتحليل النتائج واختبار الفرضيات استخدمنا البرنامج الإحصائي SPSS الإصدار 25، وخلصت هذه الدراسة في جانبها النظري إلى أن للموارد البشرية علاقة مباشرة في تحسين جودة المنتج ومن أهم الوظائف التي تساعد في ذلك وظيفة التدريب والتحفيز والتوظيف، أما في جانبها التطبيقي فقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن للموارد البشرية علاقة وطيدة بجودة المنتج، ولذلك تعمل مؤسسة رشراش عبد الرزاق لحفظ الأغذية بشكل مستمر وفعال على تحسين جودة منتجاتها من خلال الموارد البشرية للمؤسسة.
