    تناولت هذه المذكرة موضوع "أهمية المؤسسات الناشئة في تعزيز التنمية المحلية"، حيث سعت إلى إبراز الدور المحوري الذي تلعبه هذه المؤسسات في تحريك عجلة الاقتصاد المحلي. اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي، وركّزت على استعراض المفاهيم النظرية المتعلقة بالشركات الناشئة والتنمية المحلية. خلُصت إلى أن الشركات الناشئة تساهم في خلق فرص العمل، دعم الابتكار، وتعزيز روح المبادرة لدى الشباب. كما أظهرت الدراسة التطبيقية على شركة "يسير" أن المؤسسات الناشئة يمكن أن تحقق نجاحًا باهرًا رغم التحديات، وتقدم حلولًا تقنية فعّالة للمجتمع. بيّنت المذكرة أن نجاح المؤسسات الناشئة يتطلب بيئة قانونية ومالية محفّزة، إضافة إلى دعم حكومي فعال. كما تطرّقت إلى أهمية تكوين رواد الأعمال وربط الجامعات بسوق العمل. خلصت الدراسة إلى أن المؤسسات الناشئة تمثل أداة فعالة لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة وتحسين مستوى المعيشة محليًا. This thesis explores the role of startups in promoting local development in Algeria. It emphasizes how startups contribute to economic growth by creating job opportunities, encouraging innovation, and supporting entrepreneurial initiatives. The study uses a descriptive and analytical approach, focusing on theoretical concepts of startups and local development. The case study of Yassir, a leading Algerian startup, demonstrates the real impact of tech-driven solutions on society. Despite challenges such as financing, regulation, and market competition, startups show strong potential in revitalizing local economies. The thesis highlights the need for government support, legal reform, and easier access to funding. It also underlines the importance of training entrepreneurs and bridging the gap between universities and the job market. In conclusion, startups are seen as key drivers of sustainable local development and improving quality of life in underserved communities.
