This researchintends to initiate a new understanding of the literarytext by
highlightingits cultural elements, somethingthatdoes not appearamong the
teaching practices in Algerian schools. Theanalysis of literarytexts of the
French textbookrevealedthat the ideologyisbasically Algerian culture. It
also put emphatic on the socioeconomicneeds of their country. No socio
cultural aspect related to the French language has been mentioned.
