    Extraction et identification de la composition d’huile essentielle d’une plante médicinale et étude de la réactivité de son principe actif par DFT

    Résumé Au cours de ce travail, la méthode d’hydro-distillation a été employée afin d’extraire l’huile essentielle d’une plante médicinale. Il ressort que la plante étudiée est caractérisée par un faible rendement en huiles essentielles (0,18%), ce qui rend cette huile classée parmi les plus chères huiles au monde. Notre huile contient plusieurs composés aromatiques, dont le citral et le citronellal représentent le plus grand pourcentage. L’étude DFT des composés actifs de cette huile confirme que le Néral est le plus réactif que le Géranial et le Citronellal. Mots clé : L’huile essentielle, Hydro-distillation, Citral, Citronellal, DFT Abstract During this work, the hydro-distillation method has been used to extract the medicinal plant’s essential oil. It appears that the studied plant is characterized by a low essential oils’ yield (0.18%), which makes this oil ranked among the most expensive oils in the world. Our oil contains several aromatic compounds, where citral and citronellal represent the highest percentage.
