    برنامج السلامة المهنية و علاقته بالاداء الوظيفي لدى العامل في المؤسسة دراسة ميدانية بمؤسسة مديرية الحماية المدنية - الطارف-

    تهدف الد ا رسة الحالية إلى محاولة التعرف على برنامج السلامة المهنية وعلاقته بالأداء الوظيفي لدى العامل في المؤسسة مديرية الحماية المدنية بالطارف وذلك من خلال طرح التساؤلات التالية: كيف يتم تفعيل آليات الوقاية من الخطر لتحسين أداء العاملين؟  ما دور بيئة العمل في تنفيذ برنامج السلامة المهنية؟  ما هي العلاقة بين برنامج السلامة المهنية والأداء الوظيفي؟  وقد اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي في هذه الد ا رسة وذلك بتطبيق استمارة على عينة عشوائية بسيطة قوامها 26 عامل بمؤسسة مديرية الحماية المدنية بالطارف. وبعد تحليل النتائج توصلنا إلى النتائج التالية: إن الإمكانيات التي توفرها المؤسسة لحماية الموظف من الحوادث المهنية كافة،  رهن العمال عن الآليات المستخدمة في المؤسسة  تأثير حوادث العمل على العامل داخل المؤسسة  تتوقف جودة أداء العاملين على حسن تنفيذ برنامج السلامة المهنية  إن المؤسسة تقدم إسعافات أولية للعمال بعد تعرضهم للحوادث  إن هناك علاقة بين السلامة المهنية والأداء الوظيفي  مساهمة آليات الوقاية في تحسين أداء العمال داخل المؤسسة. The current study aims at trying to identify the occupational safety program and its relation to the job performance of the worker in the institution, Directorate of Civil Protection at Taraf by asking the following questions:  How do risk prevention mechanisms be put in place to improve staff performance?  What is the role of the work environment in implementing the occupational safety program?  What is the relationship between occupational safety and performance program? We have relied on the descriptive approach in this study by applying a questionnaire on a simple random sample of 26 workers at the Directorate of Civil Protection in Taraf. After analyzing the results we found the following results:  The possibilities provided by the Foundation to protect the employee from all professional accidents,  Placing the workers on the mechanisms used in the institution  The impact of work accidents on the worker within the institution  The quality of staff performance depends on the proper implementation of the occupational safety program  The organization provides first aid to workers after being injured  There is a relationship between occupational safety and job performance  Contribution of prevention mechanisms to improve the performance of workers within the institution.
