    تتناول هذه الدراسة موضوع بطاقات الدفع الالكتروني في التشريع الجزائري، إذ تعتبر وسيلة من وسائل الدفع الالكتروني الحديثة التي تعد مرحلة جديدة ومعاصرة في الممارسة المصرفية والمالية، المطروحة عالميا والتي تشهد تهافتا كبيرا على استخدامها نظرا للميزات التي تمتلكها مقارنة بالسبل التقليدية. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معالجة موضوع بطاقات الدفع الإلكتروني من الناحية القانونية كونها تشكل دعامة قانونية على صعيد الوفاء والائتمان، وذلك بالنظر إلى التنوع الوظائفي لهذه البطاقات وتعددها وما يخلقه من علاقات قانونية بين أطرافها، من خلال الوقوف على طبيعتها التي تستقل بها عن باقي وسائل الدفع الأخرى وكذا معالجة النصوص القانونية المنظمة لها. This study deals with the issue of electronic payment cards in Algerian legislation, as it is considered one of the modern electronic payment methods, which is a new stage It is contemporary in banking and financial practice offered globally, which is witnessing a great rush to use it due to the advantages it possesses compared to traditional methods. This study aims to address the issue of electronic payment cards from a legal point of view, as they constitute a legal support at the level of fulfillment and credit, in view of the diversity and functionality of these cards and their multiplicity, and the legal relations it creates between their parties by standing on their nature that is independent of the rest of the other means of payment, as well as Processing the legal texts regulating them.
