    دور حوكمة الشركات في تحسين الاداء المالي للمؤسسات

    هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الوقوف على دور حوكمة الشركات في تحسين الأداء المالي في المؤسسات، فحوكمة الشركات و الأداء المالي يعتبر إحدى المواضيع المثيرة للجدل وله أهمية استثنائية، ولاسيما في المؤسسات وخاصة الاقتصادية، وللإجابة على إشكالية الدراسة وتحقيق أهدافها تم القيام بدراسة ميدانية على مستوى مؤسسة سونلغاز ولاية الطارف، حيث تم الاعتماد على المقابلة. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن حوكمة الشركات الجيدة تعد استثمارا استراتيجيا في الأداء المالي المستقبلي، حيث أن مؤسسة سونلغاز تطبق مبادئ الشفافية والمساءلة الإفصاح المالي، التدقيق الخارجي، حماية المساهمين، حيث أن حوكمة الشركات لها دور فعال في تحسين الأداء المالي من خلال زيادة الربحية، تعظيم قيمة المساهمين، تحسين كفاءة استخدام الموارد، تعزيز القدرة على جذب الاستثمارات والاستدامة المالية، وتحقيق الأهداف المرجوة. الكلمات المفتاحية: حوكمة الشركات، الأداء المالي، مؤسسة سونلغاز بالطارف. This study aimed to examine the role of corporate governance and financial performance in improving financial performance in institutions. Corporate governance is a controversial topic of exceptional importance, particularly in institutions, particularly economic ones. To answer the study's questions and achieve its objectives, a field study was conducted at Sonelgaz in El Tarf, relying on interviews.The study concluded that good corporate governance is a strategic investment in future financial performance, as Sonelgaz applies the principles of transparency, accountability, financialdisclosure, external auditing, and shareholder protection. Corporate governance plays an effective role in improving financial performance by increasing profitability, maximizing shareholder value, improving resource efficiency, enhancing the ability to attract investment, financial sustainability, and achieving desired goals.Keywords: Corporate Governance, Financial Performance, Sonelgaz in El Tarf
