    This study ains to know the digital technology effects on distance barning through a study simple for students of second and third year management sciences at chadli ben djedid university –EL Taref – In which 150 questionnaires were distributed , and 123 questionnaire were retrieved from then valid for analyzing hypothesis after collecting field study data and analyzing hypothesis depending on the statistical program SPSS we conduced , that there is a positive impact about the digital technology bearing , there is also a positive correlation between the actuality to use digital technology and the actuality to use the MOODLE PLATFORM , and there is a positive impact of digital technology distance education.

    دورالادارة الالكترونية في تحسين الاداء الوظيفي لدى العاملين في المؤسسات -دراسة حالة-

    Electronic management is one of the modern administrative concepts in management, which is based on the heavy use of modern technologies as a new method of defamation. This new concept has a profound impact on the performance of employees and on the nature of the relationship between electronic management as an independent variable and job performance as a dependent variable. Electronic administration in improving job performance in Algeria Post, El Tarf State Unit, where researchers used the questionnaire as a main tool in data collection applied to a sample of (50) employees and administrative staff of different ranks at random. The researchers used in this study the descriptive statistical analytical approach , where he relied on statistical methods to test hypotheses, including Pearson’s correlation coefficient, Cronbach’s alpha reliability coefficient, « One-test », Sample t-Test (kolmogorov-smirnov) test . normal distribution الإدارة الإلكترونية من المفاهيم الإدارية الحديثة في الإدارة، والتي تقوم على الاستخدام المكثف للتقنيات الحديثة كأسلوب جديد للتقييم. لهذا المفهوم الجديد تأثير بالغ على أداء الموظفين، وعلى طبيعة العلاقة بين الإدارة الإلكترونية كمتغير مستقل والأداء الوظيفي كمتغير تابع. دور الإدارة الإلكترونية في تحسين الأداء الوظيفي في بريد الجزائر، وحدة ولاية الطارف، حيث استخدم الباحثان الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات، وطُبق على عينة عشوائية قوامها (50) موظفًا وإداريًا من مختلف الرتب. استخدم الباحثان في هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الإحصائي، حيث اعتمدا على أساليب إحصائية لاختبار الفرضيات، منها معامل ارتباط بيرسون، ومعامل ثبات ألفا كرونباخ، واختبار "الواحد"، واختبار "ت" للعينة (كولموجروف-سميرنوف)، والتوزيع الطبيعي.

    الادارة بالاهداف ودورها في تحسين استراتيجيات التغيير في المؤسسة الاقتصادية

    Cette étude vise à clarifier et connaître l'impact de la gestion par objectifs dans la gestion des stratégies de changement dans l'institution économique, en répondant aux questions soulevées dans la problématique, et vise également à identifier la réalité de cet impact sur la Compagnie Algérienne d'Assurance et de Réassurance en Le Tarf. Il a été conclu que la gestion par objectifs affecte positivement les stratégies de changement, malgré la présence de certains obstacles lors de l'application de telles méthodes de gestion, en procédant à des changements, internes ou externes, afin d'atteindre les objectifs de l'institution et ainsi assurer sa continuité. Tout nouvel objectif nécessite nécessairement un changement, qu'il soit total ou partiel, et il a également été conclu qu'il y a une application des dimensions à la fois de la gestion par objectifs et de la conduite du changement dans la Compagnie Algérienne d'Assurance et de Réassurance CAAR à El Tarf. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى توضيح تأثير الإدارة من خلال الأهداف والتعرف عليها la gestion des استراتيجيات التغيير في المؤسسة الاقتصادية، أون الرد على الأسئلة الروحية في المشكلة، وبالتالي أيضًا تحديد حقيقة تأثير ذلك على الشركة الجزائرية للتأمين والتأمين الطمأنينة في لو تارف. لقد خلصت إلى أن الإدارة بالأهداف تؤثر بشكل إيجابي على الاستراتيجيات تغيير، إلغاء وجود بعض العوائق أثناء التطبيق يحكي طرق الإدارة، وإجراء التغييرات، والداخلية أو خارجيون، لفهم أهداف المؤسسة وضمان ذلك استمرارية. كل شيء جديد يتطلب تغييرًا ضروريًا سواء كان كليًا أو جزئيًا، وقد تم أيضًا الانتهاء من تطبيق أبعاد إدارة الأهداف وقناة التغيير dans la Compagnie Algérienne d'Assurance et de Réassurance CAAR à El Tarf.

    دور مهارات التكنولوجيا الرقمية في زيادة النية المقاولاتية الرقمية للطلبةالجامعيين دراسة حالة طلبة جامعة-الطارف،عنابة ،سكيكدة-

    In the current era, the work environment has changed in a complex manner, and the speed of digital technology and competition between global and local institutions has increased, which has become focused on digital technology in the field of digital entrepreneurship and the ability of institutions to use digital technology efficiently in order to achieve a competitive advantage in the field of digital entrepreneurship. The great development achieved by digital technology and its advantages that push the organization to achieve its goals. Therefore, this study sought to know the impact of digital technology skills on the intention of digital entrepreneurship on a sample of university students from the University of (El Tarf, Annaba, Skikda), where 500 questionnaires were distributed, of which 465 are correct and can be analyzed, 24 mg and 11 are not retrieved. The field study, hypothesis testing and analysis based on the statistical program spss.26 We concluded that there is a positive impact of digital technology skills on the digital entrepreneurial intention of university students. في العصر الحالي، تغيرت بيئة العمل بشكل معقد، وازدادت سرعة التكنولوجيا الرقمية والتنافس بين المؤسسات العالمية والمحلية، مما جعل التركيز منصبًا على التكنولوجيا الرقمية في مجال ريادة الأعمال الرقمية، وقدرة المؤسسات على استخدامها بكفاءة لتحقيق ميزة تنافسية في هذا المجال. وقد سعت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة تأثير مهارات التكنولوجيا الرقمية على نية ريادة الأعمال الرقمية لدى عينة من طلاب الجامعات من جامعات (الطارف، عنابة، سكيكدة)، حيث تم توزيع 500 استبيان، منها 465 صحيحة وقابلة للتحليل، و24 استبيانًا غير مسترجعة، و11 استبيانًا غير مسترجعة. واعتمدت الدراسة الميدانية واختبار الفرضيات والتحليل على البرنامج الإحصائي spss.26، وخلصت إلى وجود تأثير إيجابي لمهارات التكنولوجيا الرقمية على نية ريادة الأعمال الرقمية لدى طلاب الجامعات.
