Itemمتطلبات الاصالح المالي وتعزيز الاستدامة المالية العامة في الجزائر(جامعة الشادلي بن جديد, 2022)The study aims to monitor the requirements of the financial reform and enhance public financial sustainability in Algeria, as the financial policy is one of the components of economic policy and it has effectiveness in achieving financial reform amid of economic transformations, using Algeria as a model for the study. The study also focused on the identification of the financial sustainability and the reality of the role played by the fiscal policy on the financial sustainability of the Algerian economy, which experienced fragility of the above-mentioned due to the collapse in oil prices. تهدف الدراسة إلى رصد متطلبات الإصلاح المالي وتعزيز الاستدامة المالية العامة في الجزائر، باعتبار السياسة المالية أحد مكونات السياسة الاقتصادية، ولها فاعليتها في تحقيق الإصلاح المالي في ظل التحولات الاقتصادية، متخذةً الجزائر نموذجًا للدراسة. كما ركزت الدراسة على تحديد الاستدامة المالية وواقع دور السياسة المالية في الاستدامة المالية للاقتصاد الجزائري، الذي عانى من هشاشة في ظل انهيار أسعار النفط.

Itemدور صناديق الاستثمار في تفعيل سوق الاوراق المالية(جامعة الشادلي بن جديد, 2022)This study aims to highlight the role played by investment funds in revitalizing the stock market, as it is an important investment channel that contributes to attracting local and foreign capital by accumulating the savings of those with limited resources, large investors, and experienced and management By the technical and specialized department. The best evidence of this is the experience of the Saudi stock market for the period from 2015- 2022, which succeeded in attracting Saudi, Arab and foreign funds to invest in securities through investment funds, which contributed to providing a suitable environment for development and growth. Thus the flow of funds into the market which had a positive effect on market capital, trading volume and market val- ue, which supports the Saudi economy. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على دور صناديق الاستثمار في تنشيط سوق الأسهم، باعتبارها قناة استثمارية مهمة تُسهم في جذب رؤوس الأموال المحلية والأجنبية من خلال تجميع مدخرات ذوي الموارد المحدودة، وكبار المستثمرين، وذوي الخبرة والإدارة الفنية والمتخصصة. وخير دليل على ذلك تجربة سوق الأسهم السعودية للفترة من 2015 إلى 2022، التي نجحت في جذب صناديق استثمارية سعودية وعربية وأجنبية للاستثمار في الأوراق المالية من خلال صناديق الاستثمار، مما ساهم في توفير بيئة مناسبة للتطور والنمو، ومن ثم تدفق الأموال إلى السوق، مما كان له أثر إيجابي على رأس المال السوقي وحجم التداول والقيمة السوقية، مما يدعم الاقتصاد السعودي.

Itemدوراﻟﻄﺎﻗﺎت اﻟﻤﺘﺠﺪدةﻓﻲ ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻖ اﻟﺘﻨﻮﻳﻊ اﻻﻗﺘﺼﺎدي -ﻋﺮض ﺗﺠﺎرب دوﻟﻴﺔ ﻣﻊاﻹﺷﺎرة إﻟﻰ ﺣﺎﻟﺔ اﻟﺠﺰاﺋﺮ-(جامعة الشادلي بن جديد, 2022)Aims this study to note about aspects of economic diversification and that from recognition of its various determined and indicators, range of input of renewable energies in its investigation being considered one of its alternatives strategy. As such ; it aims to khnowledge the reality of the Algerian experience in exploit the renewable energies as alternative for have the economic diversification .And it compared with international experience it represented in German, Saudi and UAE experience. This study reached into that investment in the renewable energies as a way for ways of the economic diversification working on development of the economic, social and environmental aspects. Also , the ratio of the renewable energies contribution in investigating the economic diversification in Algeria was very weak, despite the availability of the natural possibilies and the developing development programs which quality them ; for that being experience a leader in this field, but only the traditional energies still contolled on the sector of energy to meet the demand in Algeria. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على جوانب التنويع الاقتصادي، وذلك من خلال التعرف على محدداته ومؤشراته المختلفة، ومدى مساهمة الطاقات المتجددة في دراستها باعتبارها أحد البدائل الاستراتيجية. كما تهدف إلى الوقوف على واقع التجربة الجزائرية في استغلال الطاقات المتجددة كبديل لتحقيق التنويع الاقتصادي، ومقارنتها بالتجارب الدولية، متمثلة في التجربة الألمانية والسعودية والإماراتية. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن الاستثمار في الطاقات المتجددة كأحد سبل التنويع الاقتصادي يعمل على تنمية الجوانب الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والبيئية. كما أن نسبة مساهمة الطاقات المتجددة في دراسة التنويع الاقتصادي في الجزائر كانت ضعيفة للغاية، على الرغم من توافر الإمكانيات الطبيعية وبرامج التنمية المتطورة التي تؤهلها، كونها تجربة رائدة في هذا المجال، إلا أن الطاقات التقليدية وحدها هي التي لا تزال تسيطر على قطاع الطاقة لتلبية الطلب في الجزائر.

Itemصناعة التامين التكافلي بين الواقع و التحديات -تجارب بعض الدول العربية(جامعة الشادلي بن جديد, 2022)Cette étude vise à identifier la réalité de l'assurance takaful en algérie et Algérie et Saudi et les défis les plus importants auxquels elle est confrontée, car c'est l'une des composantes les plus importantes du système financier. En prouvant son grand succès en tant que contributeur majeur aux progrès de l'économie. Et son émergence en tant qu'alternative légitime à l'assurance commerciale, d'où la variable d'étude représentée dans l'assurance takaful, ainsi que d'analyser la réalité de ce type d'assurance en Algérie et Saudi Arabique. Itemرقمنة النظام الضريبي في الجزائر: افاق وتحديات دراسة حالة: مديرية الضرائب لوالية الطارف (قباضة المركزالمرجواري)(جامعة الشادلي بن جديد, 2022)A travers l’etude, nous avons cherché a mettre en lumiére lan modernisation de l’administration fiscale en tant que projet global de réformes en profondeur que l’algerie cherche à aplliquer pour setenir au l’evolution du monde et faire face aux crises et aux difficultés internes et externes afin d’augmenter son rendement fiscal. Letude appliquée a porté sur la periode 2020-2021 à la premiére trilatérale à la direction de la wilaya el taref, et plus precisement à la centre algerien el taref, periode au cours de laquelle structurel a pris fin et les centres de voisinage et les cntres fiscaux ont commencé à fonctionner au debat de 2020, au cours de la quelle ils ont coincidé de covid19 qui a provoqué l’effondrement tant de l’economie mondialeque de l’economie mondiale que de l’economie algerienne.
