Abstract

تعتبر آليات الرقابة الإدارية أحد طرق مكافحة الفساد الإداري، والتي من أجل تجسيدها على أرض الواقع قام المشرع الجزائري بإقرار العديد من التدابير الرقابية، وحتى استحداث هيئات لممارسة الرقابة على الفساد عموما، ومن بين صلاحياتها الرقابة الإدارية لمكافحة الفساد الإداري، والتي تهدف من خلال نشاطها ضمان حسن سير الإدارات ومنع وقوع أي فساد إداري، وفي حالة وقوعه ضمان محاسبة مرتكبيه، حتى لا ينتشر، وبالتالي تجنب آثار الفساد الإداري الكارثية على الدولة والمجتمعات.
