Abstract

This study aims to address the topic of the trend towards investing in renewable energy as a mechanism to achieve economic diversification in Algeria. It does so by highlighting the role and importance of renewable energy in achieving economic diversification, in addition to demonstrating Algeria's various renewable energy potential. This study concluded that Algeria is accelerating its transition to a renewable energy-based economy in light of the enormous potential it possesses in this field. However, investment in renewable energy remains negligible compared to traditional energy sources due to the financial and technological challenges facing the renewable energy sector. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تناول موضوع التوجه نحو الاستثمار في الطاقة المتجددة كآلية لتحقيق التنويع الاقتصادي في الجزائر. ويتم ذلك من خلال إبراز دور وأهمية الطاقة المتجددة في تحقيق التنويع الاقتصادي، بالإضافة إلى إبراز الإمكانات المتنوعة التي تمتلكها الجزائر في هذا المجال.

وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن الجزائر تُسرّع وتيرة انتقالها إلى اقتصاد قائم على الطاقة المتجددة في ظل الإمكانات الهائلة التي تمتلكها في هذا المجال.

ومع ذلك، لا يزال الاستثمار في الطاقة المتجددة ضئيلاً مقارنةً بمصادر الطاقة التقليدية، وذلك بسبب التحديات المالية والتكنولوجية التي يواجهها قطاع الطاقة المتجددة
