Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the role of knowledge management in improving the performance of the organization, focusing on the Sonelgaz company in El Tarf province as a case study. The study utilized a questionnaire distributed to a random sample of 31 employees of the organization. Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) was employed to analyze the study's results and test the research hypotheses. The Study showed a Signification Relationship Between Knowledge Management Processes represented in diagnosing, storing, distributing and applying Knowledge and the Performance of Sonalgaz Company El Tarf.

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى استكشاف دور إدارة المعرفة في تحسين أداء المؤسسة، مع التركيز على شركة سونلغاز بولاية الطارف كدراسة حالة. استخدمت الدراسة استبيانًا وُزّع على عينة عشوائية من 31 موظفًا في المؤسسة. وتم استخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) .لتحليل نتائج الدراسة واختبار فرضياتها. وأظهرت الدراسة وجود علاقة دالة بين عمليات إدارة المعرفة، المتمثلة في تشخيص المعرفة وتخزينها وتوزيعها وتطبيقها، وأداء شركة سونلغاز بولاية الطارف
