حماية اللاجئين في الاتفاقيات الدولية

Abstract

تركت الحرب العالمية الأولى وراءها خسائر بشرية و مادية كبيرة، مما زاد عدد اللاجئين في العالم و دفع بالمجتمع الدولي إلى الاهتمام بمشكلة اللاجئين، و وضع حلول لسياسة اللجوء لتكون شاملة و موحدة. حيث ظهرت عدة وكالات وهيئات دولية وإقليمية تأخذ بعين الاعتبار مشاكل ومعاناة اللاجئين، سواء كان ذلك في عهد عصبة الأمم أو في عهد الأمم المتحدة، حيث حاولت منح وتوفير الحماية الدولية اللازمة والمساعدات الإنسانية اللازمة للاجئين.

The First World War left behind it great human and material losses, which increased the number of refugees in the world and prompted the international community to pay attention to the refugee problem, and to develop solutions for the asylum policy to be comprehensive and unified. Where several international and regional agencies and bodies have emerged that take into account the problems and suffering of refugees, whether it was during the era of the League of Nations or the era of the United Nations, as they tried to grant and provide the necessary international protection and the necessary humanitarian assistance to refugees.
