Abstract

The studyaimed to shed light on the impact of exchange rate fluctuations on Algeria's trade balance for the period from 2015 to 2021, while highlighting the various stages of the exchange rate in Algeria. Exchange rates have been found to be a tool for linking the domestic economy to the global economy and since Algeria's economy relies heavily on oil and gas exports, Exchange rate fluctuations may significantly affect export revenues and thus the trade balance deficit That is why the Algérien State is seeking alternative solutions to raise the total exports of non-incinerators in order to attract hard currency, In addition to regulating the management of revenues from total oil exports to build a balanced economy in the long term. هدفت الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على تأثير تقلبات سعر الصرف على الميزان التجاري للجزائر للفترة من 2015 إلى 2021، مع تسليط الضوء على المراحل المختلفة لسعر الصرف في الجزائر. وقد وُجد أن أسعار الصرف تُمثل أداة لربط الاقتصاد المحلي بالاقتصاد العالمي، ونظرًا لاعتماد اقتصاد الجزائر بشكل كبير على صادرات النفط والغاز، فإن تقلبات سعر الصرف قد تؤثر بشكل كبير على عائدات التصدير، وبالتالي على عجز الميزان التجاري. ولذلك، تسعى الدولة الجزائرية إلى إيجاد حلول بديلة لرفع إجمالي صادرات المواد غير النفطية لجذب العملة الصعبة، بالإضافة إلى تنظيم إدارة عائدات إجمالي صادرات النفط لبناء اقتصاد متوازن على المدى الطويل.
