Abstract

في الجزائر، هناك أنواع من الشركات المملوكة للأشخاص والأموال، وهي موضوع بحثنا، وتتمحور حول شركات المساهمة، وشركات التوصية بالأسهم، والشركات ذات المسؤولية المحدودة. ومن بينها الجزائر، سعيًا للنهوض بالاقتصاد الوطني وتطويره وفقًا لمبادئ وتشريعات المؤسسة النافذة، وبما يتماشى مع طبيعة القوانين الحديثة فيها.

In Algeria, there are types of companies that belong to the people and funds that are the subject of our research, and joint stock companies, partnerships limited by shares, and limited liability companies are centered. Including Algeria, for the advancement and development of the national economy in accordance with the principles and legislation of the organization in force and in line with the nature of modern laws in it.
