Abstract

This study aimed to identify the reality of strategic agility at the level of Algiers Telecom Corporation Taref and study the extent of its impact on achieving outstanding performance. Algeria Telecom Corporation Tarf is characterized by strategic agility. There is a statistically significant relationship between the dimensions of strategic agility and outstanding performance. There is an impact relationship between the dimensions of the independent variable strategic agility on the dependent variable outstanding performance at the morale level of the institution, Algeria Telecom Taref. In light of the results of the study, a set of recommendations were presented aimed at enhancing information technology, clarifying the vision of the organization and choosing the right strategic goals, as well as by supporting the relationship between employees and facilitating the communication process as a basis for strategic agility. هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع المرونة الاستراتيجية على مستوى مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر (طارف)، ودراسة مدى تأثيرها في تحقيق الأداء المتميز. تتميز مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر (طارف) بالمرونة الاستراتيجية. توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين أبعاد المرونة الاستراتيجية والأداء المتميز. توجد علاقة تأثير بين أبعاد المتغير المستقل (المرونة الاستراتيجية) على المتغير التابع (الأداء المتميز) على مستوى الروح المعنوية للمؤسسة (اتصالات الجزائر (طارف)). في ضوء نتائج الدراسة، تم تقديم مجموعة من التوصيات التي تهدف إلى تعزيز تكنولوجيا المعلومات، وتوضيح رؤية المؤسسة، واختيار الأهداف الاستراتيجية المناسبة، بالإضافة إلى دعم العلاقة بين الموظفين، وتسهيل عملية التواصل كأساس للمرونة الاستراتيجية
