Abstract

his study aims to highlight the importance of shifting towards investment in renewable energy as a means of sustainable development, specifically focusing on the cases of Algeria and Morocco. It involves analyzing renewable energy indicators and evaluating the completed and future programs and projects in both countries. This study concludes that both Algeria and Morocco are rapidly transitioning towards renewable energy economies through a range of strategies aimed at achieving economic gains, social stability, and environmental balance. However, their experience remains in its early stages, and the success of this transition depends on developing investment in this field and leveraging international expertise and experiences to ensure comprehensive and sustainable development. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على أهمية التحول نحو الاستثمار في الطاقة المتجددة كوسيلة للتنمية المستدامة، مع التركيز بشكل خاص على حالتي الجزائر والمغرب. وتتضمن الدراسة تحليل مؤشرات الطاقة المتجددة وتقييم البرامج والمشاريع المنجزة والمستقبلية في كلا البلدين. وتخلص هذه الدراسة إلى أن كلاً من الجزائر والمغرب ينتقلان بسرعة نحو اقتصادات الطاقة المتجددة من خلال مجموعة من الاستراتيجيات الهادفة إلى تحقيق مكاسب اقتصادية، واستقرار اجتماعي، وتوازن بيئي. إلا أن تجربتهما لا تزال في مراحلها الأولى، ويعتمد نجاح هذا التحول على تطوير الاستثمار في هذا المجال والاستفادة من الخبرات والتجارب الدولية لضمان تنمية شاملة ومستدامة.
