ترقية القطاع الفالحي كآلية للتنويع الاقتصادي في الجزائر

Abstract

This study aims to shed light on the agricultural sector and highlight the extent of its contribution to economic diversification, which in Algeria is considered a sensitive sector in economic development due to the role it plays in achieving development, as well as the components it has in terms of natural, human, plant and animal resources, which witnessed several reforms. The aim of which was to find the optimal regulatory framework to obtain good results and better than the previous one, by presenting the reality of the agricultural sector in the national economy. Its contribution to the economy is weak compared to its capabilities, since the achieved goals are still far from the ambition of making the agricultural sector a development sector that can be relied upon for the sake of economic diversification تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على القطاع الزراعي وإبراز مدى مساهمته في التنويع الاقتصادي، الذي يُعد في الجزائر قطاعًا حساسًا في التنمية الاقتصادية نظرًا لدوره في تحقيق التنمية، وما يمتلكه من مقومات من موارد طبيعية وبشرية ونباتية وحيوانية، والذي شهد إصلاحات عديدة. وكان الهدف من ذلك إيجاد الإطار التنظيمي الأمثل لتحقيق نتائج جيدة وأفضل من السابق، من خلال عرض واقع القطاع الزراعي في الاقتصاد الوطني. فمساهمته في الاقتصاد ضعيفة مقارنة بإمكانياته، إذ لا تزال الأهداف المتحققة بعيدة عن طموح جعل القطاع الزراعي قطاعًا تنمويًا يُعتمد عليه في تحقيق التنويع الاقتصادي
