دور اﻟﺘﺤﻮل اﻟﺮﻗﻤﻲ في تحسين أداء الموارد اﻟﺒﺸﺮﻳــــــﺔ

Abstract

This study aims to know the digital transformation and its role in improving the performance of human resources, as an inevitable necessity dictated by the current technological changes in all fields on the one hand, and considering the human resource as one of the most important factors for the success of the organization on the other hand. The descriptive approach was relied on in the theoretical aspect and the analytical approach by addressing the reality of digital transformation in the Algeria Telecom Corporation, and a case study approach by distributing a questionnaire to the employees of the Directorate of Algeria Telecom for the state of El Tarf. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة التحول الرقمي ودوره في تحسين أداء الموارد البشرية، كضرورة حتمية فرضتها المتغيرات التكنولوجية الراهنة في جميع المجالات من جهة، وباعتبار المورد البشري أحد أهم عوامل نجاح المنظمة من جهة أخرى. وقد اعتمدنا في هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي من الناحية النظرية، والمنهج التحليلي من خلال تناول واقع التحول الرقمي في مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر، ومنهج دراسة الحالة من خلال توزيع استبيان على موظفي مديرية اتصالات الجزائر لولاية الطارف
