تحديات العملة الرقمية العالمية وانعكاساهتا على النظام النقدي الدولي

Abstract

This study aims to identify cryptocurrencies that are the effects of fintech that have brought structural changes to the global economy، especially in the international monetary system. It was therefore necessary to deepen the study on these decentralized cryptocurrencies and to know where countries stand on them and how they can reflect on the international monetary system، . The study also aims to highlight the reality of Algeria's cryptocurrencies and the official position of its countries and how its advantages can be adapted and exploited while avoiding its risks for the development of the international monetary system.. The study found that Algeria had not yet recognized digital currencies for its illegitimate background، but that most other States had taken a step towards adapting to the developments of such financial technology (cryptocurrencies). تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد العملات المشفرة التي تُعدّ من تداعيات التكنولوجيا المالية التي أحدثت تغييرات هيكلية في الاقتصاد العالمي، وخاصةً في النظام النقدي الدولي. لذا، كان من الضروري تعميق دراسة هذه العملات المشفرة اللامركزية، ومعرفة مواقف الدول منها، وكيف يُمكن أن تنعكس على النظام النقدي الدولي. كما تهدف الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على واقع العملات المشفرة في الجزائر، والموقف الرسمي لدولها، وكيفية تكييف مزاياها واستغلالها مع تجنب مخاطرها على تطوير النظام النقدي الدولي. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن الجزائر لم تعترف بعد بالعملات الرقمية لخلفيتها غير الشرعية، إلا أن معظم الدول الأخرى قد خطت خطوة نحو التكيف مع تطورات هذه التكنولوجيا المالية (العملات المشفرة).
