Abstract

The study aims to highlight the reality of the application of governance in the Bank of Agriculture and Rural Development - Al-Taref Agency - and to determine the objectives of this study. The focus has been on several dimensions: the requirements for the application of bank governance in Algerian banks and its role in activating the bank's activity and increasing its Maye status. A questionnaire was designed and distributed to a sample of (15) employees and staff at the Bank of Agriculture and Rural Development - El Tarf Agency in order to survey the employees' opinions about the reality of adopting the concept of governance in the bank. تهدف الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على واقع تطبيق الحوكمة في بنك الزراعة والتنمية الريفية - وكالة الطارف، وتحديد أهدافها. وقد ركزت الدراسة على عدة أبعاد: متطلبات تطبيق الحوكمة المصرفية في البنوك الجزائرية، ودورها في تفعيل نشاط البنك وتعزيز مكانته الريادية. وقد تم تصميم استبيان وتوزيعه على عينة قوامها (15) موظفًا وموظفة ببنك الزراعة والتنمية الريفية - وكالة الطارف، وذلك لاستطلاع آراء الموظفين حول واقع تطبيق مفهوم الحوكمة في البنك
