Abstract

The present study sheds light on the role of sukuk in revitalizing and developing Islamic financial institutions that is constantly seeking to find various financial instruments to contribute in mobilizing financial resources to reach both developmental and economic purposes. To achieve the objectives of the study, the analytical descriptive method was used, supported by data obtained from reports, periodicals, and scientific papers. This is what Malaysia and many other countries have adopted in using the instrument of sukuk to develop their economy through a comprehensive Islamic financial system that is replete with financial instruments inspired by Islamic Sharia. تُسلّط هذه الدراسة الضوء على دور الصكوك في تنشيط وتطوير المؤسسات المالية الإسلامية التي تسعى جاهدةً لإيجاد أدوات مالية متنوعة تُسهم في تعبئة الموارد المالية لتحقيق الأهداف التنموية والاقتصادية. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، استُخدم المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، مُدعّمًا ببيانات مستقاة من التقارير والدوريات والأوراق العلمية. وهذا ما انتهجته ماليزيا والعديد من الدول الأخرى في استخدام الصكوك لتنمية اقتصاداتها من خلال نظام مالي إسلامي شامل، زاخر بالأدوات المالية المستوحاة من الشريعة الإسلامية
