مدى مساهمةالاستثمار الاجنبي المباشر في تمويل الاقتصاد الوطني خلال الفترة (2010-2020)

Abstract

This study aims to identify the extent of foreign direct investment contribution in financing the national economy during the period of (2010-2020). This was done based on the analysis of a number of statistics and selected economic indicators, represented in gross domestic product, employment and payments’ balance. The study concluded that foreign direct investment contribution in financing the previous indicators was weak, and this is due to the fact that the Algerian investment environment is still not appropriate, despite the reforms and policies undertaken by the government authorities, in order to develop mechanisms to attract foreign direct investment. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد مدى مساهمة الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر في تمويل الاقتصاد الوطني خلال الفترة (2010-2020). وقد تم ذلك بالاعتماد على تحليل عدد من الإحصاءات والمؤشرات الاقتصادية المختارة، والمتمثلة في الناتج المحلي الإجمالي، والتشغيل، وميزان المدفوعات. وخلصت الدراسة إلى ضعف مساهمة الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر في تمويل المؤشرات السابقة، ويعود ذلك إلى أن بيئة الاستثمار الجزائرية لا تزال غير ملائمة، على الرغم من الإصلاحات والسياسات التي اتخذتها السلطات الحكومية لتطوير آليات جذب الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر.
