إستراتيجية التنويع الاقتصادي لتطوير القطاع الزراعي -دراسة حالة الجزائر-

Abstract

This study aims to shed light on the agricultural sector as a mechanism of economic diversification in Algeria, especially as it is one of the countries with a rentier economy, and given that the latter has witnessed many crises throughout history, it is necessary to search for other alternatives, and agriculture is among the sectors that bet on it to achieve diversification economic due to the resource and climatic advantage that characterizes our country. In our presentation of this research paper, in its first chapter, the theoretical concepts of economic diversification were discussed, and in its second chapter, light was shed on the reality of the agricultural sector in Algeria, while in the third chapter we touched on the reality of developing the agricultural sector in order to shift towards economic diversification in Algeria, and we also tried to present the most important Obstacles and difficulties faced by the sector, which must be overcome to achieve food security and economic development, as well as getting rid of dependency of all kinds. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على القطاع الزراعي كآلية للتنويع الاقتصادي في الجزائر، لا سيما وأنه من الدول ذات الاقتصاد الريعي، وبما أن هذا الأخير قد شهد العديد من الأزمات عبر التاريخ، فإنه من الضروري البحث عن بدائل أخرى، والزراعة من بين القطاعات التي يُراهن عليها لتحقيق التنويع الاقتصادي نظرًا للميزة المواردية والمناخية التي تتميز بها بلادنا.

في عرضنا لهذه الورقة البحثية، تناولنا في فصلها الأول المفاهيم النظرية للتنويع الاقتصادي، وفي فصلها الثاني، سلّطنا الضوء على واقع القطاع الزراعي في الجزائر، بينما تطرقنا في الفصل الثالث إلى واقع تطوير القطاع الزراعي من أجل التحول نحو التنويع الاقتصادي في الجزائر، كما حاولنا عرض أهم المعوقات والصعوبات التي يواجهها القطاع، والتي يجب تجاوزها لتحقيق الأمن الغذائي والتنمية الاقتصادية، والتخلص من التبعية بأنواعها.
