دور ادارة الجودة الشاملة في تحسين الاداء التنظيمي

Abstract

The approach of total quality management of the new methods that can be used by the institution of economic, to cope with the challenges posed by the nature of today's global economy and is characterized by its intense competition and the revolution in technology and globalization... etc. This is the approach of the leading management techniques which is considered as entry points to improve corporate performance, so that this approach leads to connect to the degree of excellence in performance, a goal should be pursued by each institution is willing to excellence in light of today's global economy. The applied study was at the level of the GHARBI complex of El Tarf state. With the use of the questionnaire to collect evidence from the entire community of 70 workers, 40 questionnaires were retrieved, 6 of them were excluded from the study. يُعدّ منهج إدارة الجودة الشاملة من الأساليب الحديثة التي يُمكن للمؤسسات الاقتصادية استخدامها لمواجهة التحديات التي تُشكّلها طبيعة الاقتصاد العالمي المعاصر، والذي يتسم بالمنافسة الشديدة والثورة التكنولوجية والعولمة... إلخ. وهو منهجٌ من أبرز أساليب الإدارة، ويُعدّ مدخلاً لتحسين أداء المؤسسات، بحيث يُؤدي هذا المنهج إلى ربط درجة التميز في الأداء، وهو هدفٌ ينبغي أن تسعى إليه كل مؤسسة ترغب في التميز في ظلّ الاقتصاد العالمي المعاصر.

أُجريت الدراسة التطبيقية على مستوى مُركّب "غربي" بولاية الطارف. وباستخدام استبيان لجمع الأدلة من مُجتمع العمل بأكمله، والبالغ عدده 70 عاملاً، تم استرداد 40 استبياناً، استُبعدت 6 منها من الدراسة.
