Abstract

Electronic management is a modern management concept That uses information technology, communication and Internet networks in various management processes, as electronic management is critical to the economic institutions That maintain continuity. The current study aims at identifying the subject of electronic management and its importance in improving the performance of the economic institution and identifying the different requirements of its application as well as the various obstacles and obstacles that stand in its application. The study included a range of concepts surrounding the subject of electronic management and performance, the economic institution, and the analysis and discussion of previous studies ، The study was based on the analytical descriptive approach and reached a number of results, the most important of which is that electronic management contributes to improving the economic Enterprise performance by improving the quality of services, improving the performance of employees and speed in fulfilling tasks, reducing cost and time, and simplifying administrative procedures, and the study offered a range of results Recommendations include the need to use electronic management systems and methods, provide them with the appropriate infrastructure and conduct training courses in electronic management. الإدارة الإلكترونية مفهوم إداري حديث يستخدم تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات وشبكات الإنترنت في مختلف العمليات الإدارية، لما لها من أهمية بالغة للمؤسسات الاقتصادية التي تحافظ على استمراريتها. تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على موضوع الإدارة الإلكترونية وأهميتها في تحسين أداء المؤسسة الاقتصادية، والتعرف على متطلبات تطبيقها المختلفة، بالإضافة إلى المعوقات والتحديات التي تعترض تطبيقها. تضمنت الدراسة مجموعة من المفاهيم المتعلقة بموضوع الإدارة الإلكترونية والأداء، والمؤسسة الاقتصادية، وتحليل ومناقشة الدراسات السابقة. واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتوصلت إلى عدد من النتائج، من أهمها أن الإدارة الإلكترونية تساهم في تحسين أداء المؤسسة الاقتصادية من خلال تحسين جودة الخدمات، وتحسين أداء الموظفين وسرعة إنجاز المهام، وخفض التكلفة والوقت، وتبسيط الإجراءات الإدارية. وقدمت الدراسة مجموعة من التوصيات، من بينها ضرورة استخدام أنظمة وأساليب الإدارة الإلكترونية، وتوفير البنية التحتية المناسبة لها، وإجراء دورات تدريبية في مجال الإدارة الإلكترونية
