اثر برامج السلامة و الصحة المهنية على اداء العاملين في المؤسسات الاقتصادية

Abstract

This study aimed to know the impact of the application of occupational safety and health on the performance of workers, by knowing the extent of the commitment of the higher departments in the application of these systems in institutions, the successful management must have a safety and security program, as whenever occupational safety and health systems are available, a positive impact on the level of employee performance , As the results showed that the occupational safety and health dimensions (the engineering dimension, the health dimension, the security dimension ...) are important for the success of the process of implementing occupational safety and health systems in raising the level of workers ’performance and protecting them from work accidents and injuries, as this study adopted one of the approaches. Scientific research, which is the descriptive and analytical method. By choosing a hypothetical model and with the difficulty of this period that Algeria went through due to the Corona virus, we could not carry out an applied study that supports this study, so we relied on previous studies that dealt with the same or similar subject of study هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر تطبيق أنظمة السلامة والصحة المهنية على أداء العاملين، وذلك من خلال معرفة مدى التزام الإدارات العليا بتطبيق هذه الأنظمة في المؤسسات، إذ لا بد للإدارة الناجحة من وجود برنامج للسلامة والأمن، فكلما توفرت أنظمة السلامة والصحة المهنية، كان لذلك أثر إيجابي على مستوى أداء العاملين، كما أظهرت النتائج أن أبعاد السلامة والصحة المهنية (البعد الهندسي، البعد الصحي، البعد الأمني...) مهمة لنجاح عملية تطبيق أنظمة السلامة والصحة المهنية في رفع مستوى أداء العاملين وحمايتهم من حوادث وإصابات العمل، حيث اعتمدت هذه الدراسة أحد مناهج البحث العلمي، وهو المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. باختيارنا نموذجًا افتراضيًا، ومع صعوبة هذه الفترة التي مرت بها الجزائر بسبب فيروس كورونا، لم نتمكن من إجراء دراسة تطبيقية تدعم هذه الدراسة، لذا اعتمدنا على دراسات سابقة تناولت نفس موضوع الدراسة أو موضوعات مشابهة.
