Abstract

This study aimed to identify the role of risk management as one of the pillars of governance of Algerian institutions in the Algerian National Bank Corporation, BNA agency N°812, by dropping the theoretical study on a sample of 11 workers in the National Bank of Algeria, the descriptive analytical approach was used, so the questionnaire as a main tool is used based on the SPSS program, the hypotheses and the model of this study were tested. The study concluded that there are statistically significant indicators on the role of risk management as one of the pillars of corporate governance in The National Bank of Algeria BNA, the agency of El Kala N°812. هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد دور إدارة المخاطر كأحد ركائز حوكمة المؤسسات الجزائرية في البنك الوطني الجزائري (BNA)، وكالة رقم 812، وذلك من خلال تطبيق الدراسة النظرية على عينة من 11 موظفًا في البنك الوطني الجزائري، واعتمدت على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، حيث تم استخدام الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية، بالاعتماد على برنامج SPSS، واختبار فرضيات الدراسة ونموذجها. وخلصت الدراسة إلى وجود مؤشرات ذات دلالة إحصائية حول دور إدارة المخاطر كأحد ركائز حوكمة المؤسسات في البنك الوطني الجزائري (BNA)، وكالة رقم 812 بالقالة
