Etude phytochimique d'une plante médicinale : Le Laurier Noble.

Abstract

Résumé : Le Laurier noble est une plante médicinale et aromatique qui appartient à la famille des Lauracées, elle est riche en métabolite secondaire. Cette espèce est très utilisée en Algérie dans la médicine traditionnelle ou alternative, en raison de leurs multiples effets thérapeutiques.Notre travail porte sur une étude phytochimique de l'extrait Laurier Noble. Un screening des métabolites secondaire a révélé une présence en, flavonoïdes, tanins, stérols, alcaloïdes, huile essentielle, coumarines, cardinolides et saponines avec une absence en quinones. Par la suite, un dosage des flavonoïdes a été réalisé afin de déterminer la teneur dans la plante étudiée. Et en fin la détermination des caractéristiques physicochimiques d’huile essentielle a permis de mettre en évidence sa conformité aux certains normes établies. Abstract: The Laurel noble. is a medicinal plant belonging aromatic to the lauracea family, plant rich in secondary metabolites it is widely used in Algeria in traditional or alternative medicine, because of their multiple therapeutic effects. Our work focuses on a phytochemical study of the noble laurel extract. A screening of secondary metabolites revealed the presence of flavonoids, tannins, sterols, alkaloids, essential oil, coumarins, cardinolides and saponinswith an absence of quinones. Thereafter, a dosage of flavonoids was carried out in order to determine the content in the plant studied. And finally the determination of the physicochemical characteristics of essential oil made it possible to highlight its conformity with certain established standards. Key words:Laurel noble, Phytochemical study,Secondary metabolite, Photochemical screening, essential oil. ملخص : الغار النبيل،نبات طبي وعطري ينتمي إلى عائلة لوراسيا، وهو غني بالمستقلبات الثانوية. يستخدم هذا النوع على نطاق واسع في الجزائر في الطب التقليدي أو البديل، لما له من آثار علاجية متعددة. ويركز عملنا على دراسة كيميائية نباتية لمستخلص الغار النبيل. كشف فحص المستقلبات الثانوية عن وجود مركبات الفلافونويد والعفص والستيرولاتوالقلويدات والزيوت الأساسية والكومارين والكاردينوليد والصابونين مع عدم وجود الكينونات. بعد ذلك ، تم أخذ جرعة من مركبات الفلافونويد لتحديد محتوى النبات المدروس. وأخيرًا ، جعل تحديد الخصائص الفيزيائية والكيميائية للزيت العطري من الممكن تسليط الضوء على امتثالها لبعض المعايير المعمول بها. الكلمات الدالة : الغار النبيل ، المستقلب الثانوي ، الفحص الكيميائي النباتي ، الزيت العطري
