دور الحوكمة في مكافحة الفساد المالي -دراسة بعض التجارب الدولية

Abstract

Governance is one of the important issues in our time, and with reference to the financial crises that the global economy has suffered, the concept of governance has been placed among the priorities, and governance systems ans laws in the world focus on limiting the use of power for the benefit of a small group at the expense of the rest of the dealers ans works to activate ans enhance transparency ans follow-up on the implementation of strategies and oversight, renewing roles ans powers, ans emphasizing the importance of transparency ans disclosure. Therfore, we have studied how governance contributes to combating financial corruption in various coutries of the world and algeria in particular, and this is by studying international experiences in this field, and we have concluded that the application of governance principles has a great relation ship in reducing financial ans administrative corruption ans removing injustice against these countries تُعد الحوكمة من القضايا المهمة في عصرنا، وبالنظر إلى الأزمات المالية التي عانى منها الاقتصاد العالمي، فقد وُضع مفهوم الحوكمة ضمن الأولويات، وتُركز أنظمة وقوانين الحوكمة في العالم على الحد من استخدام السلطة لصالح فئة قليلة على حساب بقية المتعاملين، وتعمل على تفعيل وتعزيز الشفافية ومتابعة تنفيذ الاستراتيجيات والرقابة، وتجديد الأدوار والصلاحيات، والتأكيد على أهمية الشفافية والإفصاح. ولذلك، درسنا كيف تُساهم الحوكمة في مكافحة الفساد المالي في مختلف دول العالم، والجزائر على وجه الخصوص، وذلك من خلال دراسة التجارب الدولية في هذا المجال، وخلصنا إلى أن لتطبيق مبادئ الحوكمة دور كبير في الحد من الفساد المالي والإداري ورفع الظلم عن هذه الدول.
