Abstract

This study aims to shed light on mechanisms to support micro, small and medium enterprises, in view of its significant role in achieving the objectives of economic and social development. The fact that, these institutions have faced many challenges arising from the liberalization of markets due to globalization. Therefore, there was need to create a system that support and sponsors MSMEs. Business incubators were considered as one of the best mechanisms ever invented in the last twenty year to support these enterprises, and offering a package of services to keep institutions away from failure and collapse. So, we make study about some countries which they are leaders in business incubators and transfer their advantages to the national economy. The study reached a number of results, the most important is, that business incubators play a large role in supporting micro, small and medium enterprises and insuring their survival and continuity. each experience has its own advantages, government have played major role in addressing obstacles which face the creative and development of micro, small and medium enterprises throw business incubators. The study also presented a number of suggestion, the most important is that it requires the state to benefit from the experiences of successful countries in this field, and the need to develop business incubators as another alternative that support micro, small and medium enterprises. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على آليات دعم المشاريع متناهية الصغر والصغيرة والمتوسطة، نظرًا لدورها الهام في تحقيق أهداف التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية. وقد واجهت هذه المؤسسات العديد من التحديات الناجمة عن تحرير الأسواق نتيجةً للعولمة، مما استدعى إيجاد منظومة تدعم وترعاها. وتُعتبر حاضنات الأعمال من أفضل الآليات التي استُحدثت في العشرين عامًا الماضية لدعم هذه المشاريع، وتقديم حزمة من الخدمات التي تحميها من الفشل والانهيار. لذا، نُجري دراسةً على بعض الدول الرائدة في مجال حاضنات الأعمال، ونقل مزاياها إلى الاقتصاد الوطني. توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج، أهمها أن حاضنات الأعمال تلعب دورًا كبيرًا في دعم المشاريع متناهية الصغر والصغيرة والمتوسطة، وضمان بقائها واستمراريتها. ولكل تجربة مزاياها، وقد لعبت الحكومات دورًا رئيسيًا في تذليل العقبات التي تواجه إبداع وتطوير المشاريع متناهية الصغر والصغيرة والمتوسطة من خلال حاضنات الأعمال. كما قدمت الدراسة عدداً من المقترحات أهمها ضرورة استفادة الدولة من تجارب الدول الناجحة في هذا المجال، وضرورة تطوير حاضنات الأعمال كبديل آخر يدعم المشروعات متناهية الصغر والصغيرة والمتوسطة
