دور القطاع المالي المتطور في تفعيل النشاط الاقتصادي دراسة حالة الجزائر خلال الفترة2000-2015

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the situation of the Algerian economics through poetries a set of indicators of statically significance add to that the evaluation of the effectiveness of the Algerian financial sector via calculating the indicators of the development of the financial sector on its three levels : the bank sector , non bank sector ( insurance sector ) , and the financial sector from the period from 2000 to 2015 . And this study reached a set of results , most notably that the financial sector is characterized by short coming and inefficiency the element that leads to the decrease the level of investesment which reflects negatively the rates of the economical growth . تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل وضع الاقتصاد الجزائري من خلال مجموعة من المؤشرات ذات الدلالة الإحصائية، بالإضافة إلى تقييم فعالية القطاع المالي الجزائري من خلال حساب مؤشرات تطور القطاع المالي على مستوياته الثلاثة: القطاع البنكي، والقطاع غير البنكي (قطاع التأمينات)، والقطاع المالي خلال الفترة من 2000 إلى 2015. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج، أبرزها أن القطاع المالي يتميز بالقصور وعدم الكفاءة، مما يؤدي إلى انخفاض مستوى الاستثمار، مما ينعكس سلبًا على معدلات النمو الاقتصادي
