Abstract

يعد الامام الشافعي من علماء الاصوليين الذين درسوا القران الكريم أصولية فقهية وهو من وضع علم أصول الفقه ومن أظم علماء الفقه. وهناك علاقة متينة تربط بين العلوم اللغوية والعلوم الشرعية وضم اللغة العربية يمكن فهم الدين الاسلامي وذلك لفهم المعاني المقصودة من اليات القرآن الكريم واحاديث النبوي الشريف واستنباط الحكم الفقهية Imam Al-Shafi’i is considered one of the fundamentalist scholars who studied the Holy Qur’an as a jurisprudentialist. He is the one who developed the science of “the principles of jurisprudence” and one of the most distinguished scholars of jurisprudence. There is a strong relationship between linguistic sciences and legal sciences. The inclusion of the Arabic language lies in understanding the Islamic religion, in order to understand the intended meanings of the mechanisms of the Holy Qur’an and the hadiths of the Noble Prophet, and to derive jurisprudential rulings. Imam Al-Shafi’i established the writing of the treatise and its foundations on the pillars of the mission of knowledge, clarification, and analogy. The science of jurisprudence and the science of grammar have a common relationship in phonetic, morphological, grammatical, and semantic linguistic issues.
