Conception et Mise en Place d'un Assistant Virtuel Mobile Dédie au Projet de l’Université Virtuelle

Abstract

Les établissements universitaires sont aujourd’hui soumis à de nouvelles contraintes de quantité, de diversité et de vitesse d’évolution des savoirs. Pour faire face à ces contraintes, l’université virtuelle constitue un concept fédérateur qui doit permettre de promouvoir l’enseignement universitaire. L’université de demain s’invente aujourd’hui. Au cours des dernières années et dans le cadre d'un projet d'informatisation global de l’Université Chadli Bendjedid El-Tarf (UCBET), et afin d’accroître sa visibilité à l’échelle national et internationale et de réaliser un saut qualitatif dans le classement des universités, ce projet vise à concevoir et réaliser un assistant virtuel sous forme d’une application mobile destinée aux acteurs de l’université (étudiants, enseignants et personnels administratifs). L'objectif est d'en faire apporter du soutien aux universités traditionnelles. Cette application propose du contenu et une porte d'entrée commune à un nombre croissant de fonctionnalités et de services numériques offerts par l’université tels que : (1) un environnement attractif de visualisation des activités, annonces, actualités et du bulletin d’information du campus universitaire ; et (2) un portail d’accès à l’ensemble des services numériques (bibliothèque, plateforme d’enseignement à distant, messagerie électronique, réseaux social de l'université, visite virtuelle interactive, etc.).

University institutions are now subject to new constraints in terms of quantity, diversity and speed of development of knowledge. To cope with these constraints, the virtual university constitutes a unifying concept which should make it possible to promote university education. In recent years and as part of a global computerization project of the University Chadli Bendjedid El- Tarf (UCBET), and in order to increase its visibility at the national and international level and to achieve a qualitative leap in the ranking of universities, this project aims to design and produce a virtual assistant in the form of a mobile application intended for university stakeholders (students, teachers and administrative staff). The objective is to provide support to traditional universities.
