Abstract

الادارة تمثل العمود الفقري لاي منظمة أو نشاط حيث تسهم في تحقيق النجاح والاستمرارية والتطور. تتمثل وظائف العملية الادارية في التخطيط التنظيم التوجيه والرقابة حيث انها متداخلة ومتفاعلة مع بعضها البعض لتحقيق الاهداف الاداية يعتبر التحرير الاداري اهم ادوات الاتصال داخل الادارة حيث يتم من خلاله تبادل المعلومات بين نختلف المصالح الادارية Management represents the backbone of any organization or activity, contributing to success, continuity, and development. The functions of the administrative process include planning, organizing, directing, and controlling, all of which are intertwined and interact with each other to achieve operational objectives. Administrative reporting is considered the most important communication tool within management, as it facilitates the exchange of information between various administrative departments.
