Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن أهمية الثقافة الهاشمية ودورها في إنتاج الظواهر المرضية في المؤسسات، ولتحقيق هدفنا اعتمدنا على النهج الاستنتاجي كأكثر الأساليب ملاءمة، وقمنا بإعداد نموذج لجمع البيانات وتطبيقه على عينة من 40 عاملاً، ضمن بلدية عين العسل، كمكان لدراسة موضوعنا، ونبدأ من سؤال محوري: • كيف تساهم الثقافة الهاشمية في إنتاج الظواهر المرضية داخل المؤسسة؟ حيث توصلت إلى النتائج التالية: - الثقافات الهاشمية لا تلعب دوراً في إنتاج الظواهر المرضية في المؤسسة. - هناك علاقة مباشرة بين القيم الثقافية للعامل والقيم التنظيمية. - الظواهر المرضية مرتبطة بحكم البيروقراطية.
