Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة الأخلاقية إلى: «العلاقات الاجتماعية والمهنية في المؤسسة الجزائرية في ضوء مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي». سعت دراسة ميدانية في مستشفى الهادي بن جديد الطارف إلى معرفة دور مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي في تعزيز العلاقات الاجتماعية والمهنية، من خلال الإجابة على المشكلة المتمثلة في: دور مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي وتحديدًا فيسبوك في تعزيز العلاقات الاجتماعية والمهنية داخل المؤسسة الاستشفائية؟ بالإضافة إلى الجانب النظري، تحتوي الدراسة على ثلاثة فصول وجانب ميداني. تم تناول الجانب المفاهيمي والمنهجي في المقام الأول. أما الفصل الثاني فناقشنا فيه النظريات التي تناولت قضية العلاقات الاجتماعية داخل المؤسسة. أما الفصل الثالث فقد تناول أهمية العلاقات الاجتماعية والمهنية.تم مناقشة العلاقات، بالإضافة إلى دور مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي. وبالنسبة للفصل الرابع، فإنه يندرج ضمن الجانب الميداني، حيث تناولنا الإجراءات المنهجية في جمع البيانات من ميدان الدراسة، بالإضافة إلى استخدام الجداول البسيطة والمركبة، بعد تحليل البيانات ومناقشتها، وأخيرًا نتائج الدراسة كما يلي:هناك علاقات اجتماعية ومهنية قوية داخل المؤسسة في مجال الدراسة ساهمت في التغلب على الصعوبات التنظيمية. • يساهم الثقة التنظيمية بشكل كبير في تعزيز العلاقات الاجتماعية بين العاملين داخل المؤسسة في مجال الدراسة. • تسهم مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي في تعزيز العلاقات الاجتماعية. • لنظام الاتصال دور كبير في تعزيز العلاقات الاجتماعية. This moral study aimed at: “Socio-professional relations in the Algerian institution in the light of social networking sites”. A field study at Al-Hadi Bin Jadid Al-Tarif Hospital sought to know the role of social networking sites in strengthening social and professional relationships, by answering the problem represented in: The role of social networking sites and identifying Facebook in strengthening social and concerned relations within the hospital institution?
