Abstract

هذه الدراسة بعنوان: "دور التواصل التربوي في تحفيز الطالب على العمل التطوعي"، دراسة ميدانية في ثانوية بوروي للعريدي الصادق - الطارف - هدفت إلى معرفة دور التواصل التربوي في تحفيز الطالب على العمل التطوعي. حيث تمثل مشكلة الدراسة في السؤال الرئيسي: ما هو دور التواصل التربوي في تحفيز الطالب على العمل التطوعي؟ تحت هذا السؤال الرئيسي، تم تقسيم الأنشطة الفرعية التالية: ما هي الوسائل المعتمدة للتواصل التربوي التي تحفزما هي أهم البرامج التعليمية في البيداغوجيا؟ ما هي الصعوبات البيداغوجية (التواصل البيداغوجي) التي تواجهها؟ للإجابة على هذا السؤال، استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي واستخدمنا أدوات جمع البيانات (الملاحظة، المقابلة، الاستبيان). تم جمع البيانات الميدانية من خلال توزيع الاستبيان على 20 عينة، مقسمة على مدرسة بورروي لاريد صادق الثانوية.من خلال هذه الدراسة، تم التوصل إلى مجموعة من النتائج حول دور الاتصال التربوي في تحفيز الطالب على العمل التطوعي على النحو التالي: أهم وسائل الاتصال الموسعة التي توجه الطالب نحو العمل الخيري هي الوسائل الإلكترونية. أهم البرامج التعليمية في الاتصال التربوي أن هناك صعوبات تربوية تعرض لها الطالب أثناء مشاركته في العمل التطوعي، وتمثلت في (المادية و
