Abstract

من خلال هذه الدراسة، نسعى إلى معرفة متطلبات تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة في مؤسسات التعليم العالي بكلية العلوم الاجتماعية والإنسانية، جامعة الشاذلي بن جديد - الطارف. وتهدف دراستنا من خلالها إلى التعرف على مدى ومستوى تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة في كلية العلوم الاجتماعية والإنسانية، باعتبار أن القطاع الجامعي يشكل شريحة مهمة من شرائح المجتمع في الجزائر، ويمكن أن يسهم في تزويد القيادات التربوية في الجزائر بتغذية راجعة حول إمكانية تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة في المؤسسات التعليمية، حيث تم تحديد إشكالية الدراسة بالسؤال المحوري التالي: - ما متطلبات تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة في كلية العلوم الاجتماعية والإنسانية بجامعة الشاذلي بن جديد - الطارف، انطلاقًا من الأسئلة الفرعية التالية؟ - هل للأستاذ الجامعي دور في تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة في كلية العلوم الاجتماعية والإنسانية؟ كيف يُسهم تكوين الأستاذ الجامعي في تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة بكلية العلوم الاجتماعية والإنسانية؟ ما هي المعوقات التي تحول دون تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة بكلية العلوم الاجتماعية والإنسانية؟

تمت مناقشة هذه التساؤلات من خلال الدراسة الميدانية لكلية العلوم الاجتماعية والإنسانية، حيث تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لملاءمته لمتطلبات الدراسة، حيث يتكون مجتمع الدراسة من عينة عشوائية طبقية.

بعد جمع البيانات وتحليلها، توصلنا إلى النتائج التالية

أبدت كلية العلوم الاجتماعية بجامعة الشاذلي بن جديد - الطارف - اهتمامًا متوسطًا نسبيًا بتحفيز أساتذتها، على الرغم من أن تحفيز الأستاذ الجامعي يُسهم في تحقيق الجودة بالكلية.

نستنتج أن تكوين الأستاذ الجامعي يُسهم في تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة في مؤسسات التعليم العالي، إلا أن كلية العلوم الاجتماعية والإنسانية لا تُولي اهتمامًا كبيرًا بتكوين أساتذتها وتنمية كفاءاتهم.

نستنتج أن الكلية تواجه العديد من المعوقات التي تعيق تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة فيها، ومنها نقص الإمكانيات التربوية والوسائل التعليمية الحديثة، وعدم توفر ظروف عمل مناسبة.

Through this study, we seek to know the requirements for the application of total quality management in higher education institutions at the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities, University of Chadlia Bin Jadid - El Tarf . Through our study, it aims to identify the extent and level of application of total quality management in the College of Social Sciences and Humanities, considering that the university sector constitutes an important segment of the societal sector in Algeria and can contribute to providing educational leaders in Algeria with feedback on the possibility of applying total quality management in Educational institutions, as the problem of the study was determined by the following central question. : - What are the requirements of total quality management at the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities at the University of Chadli Ben Jadid El Tarf, based on the following sub-questions? To motivate the university professor a role in the application of total quality management at the College of Social Sciences and Humanities? - -How does the formation of the collective professor contribute to the application of total quality management at the College of Social Sciences and Humanities? - What are the obstacles that prevent the application of total quality management in the College of Social Sciences and Humanities? These questions were discussed through the field study of the College of Social Sciences and Humanities, as they used the descriptive method of analysis to suit the requirements of the study, as the study population consists of a stratified random sample. After collecting and analyzing the data, we reached the following results: The Faculty of Social Sciences at the University of Chadli Benjedid - El Tarf - paid a relatively moderate interest in motivating its professors, despite the fact that stimulating the university professor contributes to achieving quality in the college. We conclude that the formation of a university professor contributes to the application of total quality management in higher education institutions, but the College of Social Sciences and Humanities does not care about the formation of its professors and the development of their competencies . - We conclude that the college faces many obstacles that impede the application of total quality management in the college, including the lack of pedagogical facilities and modern teaching aids and the lack of suitable working conditions.
