Abstract

Considering that social networking sites are a platform for communication, acquaintance, exchange of information, ideas and opinions and their use in many cultural, economic and social fields at the present time in the field of education, this study came to reveal the topic of the impact of social networking sites on the academic achievement of university students due to the roles that these communication sites have become on The educational level of university students, as we wanted to reveal the role of these sites, especially Facebook, in improving and raising the educational level of students, and this during the Corona pandemic, which imposed time restrictions. In this study, we relied on the descriptive-analytical approach as the appropriate approach for such studies that seek to detect a phenomenon and try to analyze and explain it. We also relied on both a simple interview and simple observation as a secondary tool, and the questionnaire as a main tool for collecting field data by applying it to a random sample of 60 A student represented by third-year undergraduate students and first and second-year master’s students majoring in sociology, communication and organization, and work for the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities at the University of Chadli Ben Jadid El-Taref, during which we reached the following results: There is a great use by university students of social networking sites, especially Facebook, as it is the most spiritual site in Algerian society, and we have found that Facebook has a great impact on the academic achievement of university students in El Tarf state, as well as relying on distance education through Facebook contributed to Compensating the attendance education somewhat, and reducing the demands of the year on academic achievement, as it facilitates the process of obtaining information and exchanging ideas and information.

بالنظر إلى أن مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي هي منصة للتواصل والتعرف وتبادل المعلومات والأفكار والآراء، واستخدامها في العديد من المجالات الثقافية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية في الوقت الحاضر في مجال التعليم، جاءت هذه الدراسة لتكشف موضوع تأثير مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي على التحصيل الأكاديمي لطلاب الجامعات نظراً للأدوار التي أصبحت تلعبها هذه المواقع على المستوى التعليمي لطلاب الجامعات، كما أردنا الكشف عن دور هذه المواقع، وخاصة فيسبوك، في تحسين ورفع المستوى التعليمي للطلاب، وذلك خلال جائحة كورونا التي فرضت قيوداً زمنية. حول الآثار الإيجابية والسلبية لفيسبوك على التحصيل الأكاديمي. في هذه الدراسة، اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي كمنهج مناسب لمثل هذه الدراسات التي تسعى إلى الكشف عن ظاهرة معينة ومحاولة تحليلها وشرحها. كما اعتمدنا على كل من المقابلة البسيطة والملاحظة البسيطة كأداة ثانية.الأداة، والاستبيان كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات الميدانية من خلال تطبيقه على عينة عشوائية مكونة من 60 طالبًا ممثلين بطلاب السنة الثالثة من مرحلة البكالوريوس وطلاب السنة الأولى والثانية من الماجستير المتخصصين في علم الاجتماع، والاتصال والتنظيم، والعمل بكلية العلوم الاجتماعية والإنسانية في جامعة شاذلي بن جديد الطارف، والتي توصلنا خلالها إلى النتائج التالية: هناك استخدام كبير من قبل طلاب الجامعة لمواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، وخاصة فيسبوك، حيث إنه الموقع الأكثر شعبية في المجتمع الجزائري، وقد وجدنا أن لفيسبوك تأثيرًا كبيرًا على التحصيل الأكاديمي لطلاب الجامعة في ولاية الطارف، وكذلك ساهم الاعتماد على التعليم عن بعد من خلال فيسبوك في تعويض التعليم الحضوري إلى حد ما، وتقليل ضغوط السنة على التحصيل الأكاديمي، حيث يسهل عملية الحصول على المعلومات وتبادل الأفكار والمعلومات.
