Abstract

summary Fattening is very important in extensive farms. He is the manager of the farm. It ensures the good yield of the meat. Fattening in Algeria, is a good buiseness because it is financially very profitable. The monitoring of the fattening of two populations during 105 days revealed the growth values and the change in live weight of the animals of the two populations. The results are satisfactory from the local to the regional point of view, but it is far from achieving the performance of high fattening cattle in Europe.
