Préparation d’une crème cicatrisante à base d’une plante médicinale

Abstract

Résumé Ce travail consiste en la préparation d'une crème cicatrisante, à base de l'huile végétale de lentisque, au niveau du laboratoire de recherche « écologie fonctionnelle et évolutive » de l'université Chadli Bendjedid El taref, à laquelle on a fait l’extraction de l'huile essentielle du Romarin qui utilisé comme conservateur. Cette préparation nous a conduit à l’étude de caractérisation organoleptique, physicochimiques, suivi d’une activité biologique « activité antioxydante » Les résultats obtenus vérifient les normes du laboratoire VENUS. D’autre part la crème présente une meilleure activité antioxydante vu qu’elle est basée sur d’autres composés oxydants tels l’huile essentielle du Romarin qui a une activité antioxydante importante rajoutée à celle de l’huile de lentisque. Abstract This work consist on the preparation of a healing crème, on the base of a vegetable mustard oil at the level of the research laboratory « Functional and Scalable ecology » at Chadli Ben jdid Univervérsity el Taref on which we have done the extraction of the essential oil of Rosemary which is used as conservative. The results obtained check the standards of the VENUS laboratory In addition the cream presents a better antioxydant activity considering that it is based On others made up oxidants such essential oil of the Rosemary which has an important antioxydant activity added with that of the mustard oil. ملخص هذا العمل عبارة عن تحضير لمرهم علاجي على مستوى مخبر البحث العلمي بكلية علوم الطبيعة و الحياة بجامة الطارف أساسها زيت نبات الضرو كما تم استخلاص الزيت الاساسية لنبات إكليل الجبل الذي استعمل كمادة حافظة للمرهم كما تم دراسة بعض الخصائص الفيزيوكميائية والحسية للمرهم وكذلك دراسة نشاط ضد الأكسدة التحاليل الفيزيوكيميائية للمرهم أعطت نتائج جيدة ومقبولة مقارنة بالدراسات السابقة من جهة أخرى فالمرهم له فعالية ضد الأكسدة.
