Abstract

This study is entitled “The reality of teaching oral expression in the light of the competency approach, the case study of the fourth and fifth year of primary school using a descriptive and analytical method”. It attempts to reveal the importance of oral expression in primary education, and to what extent it affects the other fields of language.In addition, highlighting teachers’ techniques of presentation. On this basis, we relied on official ministerial documents adding to that a questionnaire administered to a specific sample. The study concluded that oral expression needs more effective means of illustration,then reformulating its texts to suit the competencies and recommendations proposed to maintain its effect on language learning.

تُعنون هذه الدراسة بعنوان "واقع تدريس التعبير الشفهي في ضوء المقاربة بالكفايات، دراسة ميدانية للسنة الرابعة والخامسة من التعليم الابتدائي باستخدام المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي". تسعى الدراسة إلى الكشف عن أهمية التعبير الشفهي في التعليم الابتدائي، ومدى تأثيره على مجالات اللغة الأخرى. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، تسلط الضوء على تقنيات عرض المعلمين. واستنادًا إلى ذلك، اعتمدنا على الوثائق الرسمية للوزارة، مضافًا إليها استبيان تم توزيعه على عينة محددة. خلصت الدراسة إلى أن التعبير الشفهي يحتاج إلى وسائل توضيحية أكثر فاعلية، ثم إعادة صياغة نصوصه لتناسب الكفايات، وتم اقتراح توصيات للحفاظ على أثره في تعلم اللغة
