Abstract

لا تزال قضية المرأة المتزوجة العاملة وتوفيقها بين أدوارها من القضايا التي أثارت اهتماماً كبيراً في مختلف الدراسات، نظراً لما تؤديه من دور فعال داخل المجتمع، إذ لم تعد قضية المرأة قضية تخصها وحدها، بل أصبحت ترتبط بالعديد من الواجبات والمسؤوليات داخل الأسرة والعمل. هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على أهم الصعوبات والتحديات التي تواجه المرأة المتزوجة العاملة في أداء أدوارها، والتعرف على أهم الاستراتيجيات التي تعتمدها لتحقيق التوازن بين المتطلبات الأسرية والمهنية. على ضوء ما سبق تم صياغة التساؤل المركزي كالتالي: كيف تؤثر الواجبات الأسرية على الأداء المهني للمرأة المتزوجة العاملة في بيئة العمل؟ كما تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي، الذي يُعد من أنسب المناهج للوصول إلى استنتاجات ونتائج تساعد على وصف الظاهرة. وفي ضوء هذه الدراسة تم التوصل إلى أهم النتائج التالية: أن كثرة الضغوطات والواجبات الأسرية تؤثر بطريقة سلبية على الأداء المهني للمرأة المتزوجة العاملة. تواجه المرأة المتزوجة العاملة العديد من المشكلات والتحديات المرتبطة بعملها الوظيفي. يُعد الدعم الأسري والاجتماعي من أهم الاستراتيجيات المساعدة على توفيق المرأة المتزوجة العاملة بين الأداء المهني والواجبات الأسرية. الكلمات المفتاحية: المرأة المتزوجة العاملة، الواجبات المنزلية، التحديات المهنية.

Study Summary

The issue of the working married woman and her ability to balance her multiple roles remains one of the topics that has attracted considerable attention in various studies, due to the active role she plays within society. The issue of women is no longer a matter that concerns them alone; rather, it has become associated with numerous duties and responsibilities within both the family and the workplace. This study aimed to shed light on the main difficulties and challenges faced by working married women in performing their roles, as well as to identify the main strategies they adopt to achieve balance between family and professional demands. In light of the above, the central research question was formulated as follows: How do family responsibilities affect the professional performance of working married women in the workplace? The descriptive method was adopted, as it is considered one of the most appropriate approaches for reaching conclusions and results that help describe the phenomenon. The study reached the following main findings: The high level of family pressures and responsibilities negatively affects the professional performance of working married women. Working married women face several problems and challenges related to their professional duties. Family and social support is one of the most important strategies that helps working married women achieve balance between professional performance and family responsibilities.
