الآليات القانونية لدعم المؤسسات الناشئة في التشريع الجزائري

Abstract

عمل صناع القرار الاقتصادي في البلاد على ترقية مكانة المؤسسات الناشئة، عبر توفير مجموعة من الآليات القانونية منها ما يتعلق بالدعم المالي ففضلا عن إمكانية الاستعانة بالنظم التمويلية التقليدية، عمل المشرع الجزائري على استحداث نظم جديدة تتماشى وخصوصية هذه المؤسسة زيادة على ذلك عمل على تكريس نظام يسهر على مرافقة هذه المؤسسات من خلال احتضانها ويعمل على توفير الخدمات اللازمة التي تساهم في تطويرها .

Economic decision-makers in the country have worked to elevate the status of emerging enterprises by providing a range of legal mechanisms. These mechanisms include financial support, and besides the possibility of utilizing traditional financing systems, the Algerian legislator has introduced new systems that align with the specific nature of these enterprises. Additionally, efforts have been made to establish a system that ensures the accompaniment of these enterprises by incubating them and providing the necessary services that contribute to their development.
