Abstract
ان منع التمييز العنصري في إطار القانون الدولي لحقوق الإنسان، أحد أبرز الانتهاكات التي تمس مبدأ المساواة والكرامة الإنسانية، وتشكل تهديدًا للسلم الاجتماعي والاستقرار الدولي وعليو فإن دراستنا تعالج مكافحة التمييز العنصري في القانون الدولي، وقد اتضح عبر صفحات ىذا البحث أنو قد اىتمت العديد من المجموعات الدولية فض كرامة الإنسانية ونشر الأمن والسلم الدوليين، حيث سعت إلى حمايتها بتقرير مجموعة من الآليات الداخلية والدولية المختلفة، والتي عنيت بمكافحة أي انتهاك لحقوق الإنسان وحريات ه الأساسية، وخاصة التمييز العنصري باعتباره أحد الأفعال التي تخالف قواعد حقوق الإنسان الآمرة. إذ ذىب المجتمع الدولي للقضاء على كافة أشكال التمييز من خلال تنظيم مختلف الوثائق الدولية وحث الدول على إدر اجها ضمن قوانينها الداخلية وتجريم ىذا الفعل الماس بحق المساواة . prohibiting racial discrimination in international human rights law, considering it a serious violation of the principles of equality and human dignity Over the past years, the majority of research studies have focused on the crime of racial discrimination and the measures that should be taken to reduce this latter. Therefore, the current study deals with the issue of combating racial discrimination in international law. And through what have been covered within the pages of this research, It became clear that many international groups have been interested in preserving human dignity and spreading international peace and security, as they sought to protect these values by determining a group of different internal and international mechanisms, which were concerned with making a stand against any violation of human rights and basic freedoms; especially, racial discrimination as being one of the acts that violates the principle of imperative human rights. Thus, the international community went to eliminate all forms of discrimination by organizing various international instruments and urging states to include them within their domestic law and criminalizing this act that affects the right of equality
