Abstract

تهدف هذه الد راسة إلى تسليط الضوء على واقع الكفاءة الاتصالية في المؤسسة التربوية , و هذا من خلال معرفة دور الكفاءة الاتصالية في تفعيل الأداء في المؤسسة التربوية . و معرفة أساليب و طرق تفعيل الكفاءة الاتصالية في المؤسسة التربوية و دورها في تفعيل الأداء .وعلى هذا الأساس ف إن إشكالية الدراسة تتبلور في السؤال الرئيسي التالي : ما هو دور الكفاءة الاتصالية في تفعيل الأداء بالمؤسسة التربوية ؟ أما بخصوص الأسئلة الفرعية فتتمثل في : س 1 - ما هو دور أسلوب الإدارة بالأهداف في تحقيق الكفاءة الاتصالية بالمؤسسة التربوية ؟ س 2- ما هو دور أسلوب الإدارة بالمشاركة في تحقيق الكفاءة الاتصالية بالمؤسسة التربوية ؟ س 3- ما هو دور تكنولوجيا الاتصال الحديثة في تحقيق الكفاءة الاتصالية بالمؤسسة التربوية ؟ و منه ف إن د را ستنا هذه تند رج ضمن الد ا رسات الوصفية التحليلية و ذلك لاستخدامها المنهج الوصفي , و كذا أداة الاستمارة والملاحظة لجميع البيانات . و قد توصلت الد راسة إلى النتائج التالية : تساهم الكفاءة الاتصالية في تفعيل الأداء داخل المؤسسة التربوية . ✓ يعتبر أسلوب الإدارة بالأهداف من أهم مؤش ا رت الكفاءة الاتصالية و التي تساهم في تفعيل الأداء ✓ داخل المؤسسة التربوية . يعتبر أسلوب الإدارة بالمشاركة من أهم مؤش ا رت الكفاءة الاتصالية في المؤسسة التربوية و التي ✓ تساهم في تفعيل الأداء داخل المؤسسة . تعتبر تكنولوجيا الاتصال الحديثة من أهم وسائل تحقيق الكفاءة الاتصالية بالمؤسسة التربوية . This study aims to shed light on the reality of communication competence inthe educational institution, and this is through knowing the role of communication competence in activating performance in the educational institution. And knowing the methods and means of activating communication competence in the educational institution and its role in activating performance. On this basis, the problem of the study crystallizes in the following main question: What is the role of communication competence in activating performance in the educational institution? As for the sub-questions, they are: Q1 - What is the role of the management by objectives method in achieving communication efficiency in the educational institution? Q2- What is the role of the participatory management method in achieving communication efficiency in the educational institution? Q3- What is the role of modern communication technology in achieving communication efficiency in the educational institution? Hence, our study falls within the descriptive analytical studies in that it uses a survey method, as well as a questionnaire and observation tool for all data. The study reached the following results : Communication competence contributes to activating performance within the educational institution. The management by objectives method is considered one of the most important indicators of communication efficiency, which contributes to activating performance within the educational institution. Participatory management style is considered one of the most important indicators of communication efficiency in the educational institution, which contributes to activating performance within the institution. Modern communication technology is one of the most important means of achieving communication efficiency in the educational institution.
