Valorisation du Pistachier Lentisque dans le Nord-Est de l’Algérie (Crème cicatrisante et hydratante a base du Pistacia Lentiscus)

Abstract

Résumé Ce travail consiste en la préparation d'une crème cicatrisante, à base de l'huile végétale de lentisque, au niveau du laboratoire de recherche « écologie fonctionnelle et évolutive » de l'université Chadli Bendjedid El taref, Cette préparation nous a conduit à l’étude de caractérisation organoleptique, physico-chimiques, suivi des activités biologiques « activité antioxydante et activité antibactérienne » D’autre part la crème présente une meilleure activité antioxydante vu qu’elle est basée sur d’autres composés oxydants tels l’huile essentielle du Romarin qui a une activité antioxydante importante rajoutée à celle de l’huile de lentisque. Mot clés : Crème cicatrisante, huile de lentisque, propriétés physico-chimiques, activité antioxydante Abstract This work consists of the preparation of a healing cream, based on lentisk vegetable oil, at the level of the "functional and evolutionary ecology" research laboratory of the University Chadli Bendjedid El taref, This preparation led us to the study of organoleptic, physico-chemical characterization, monitoring of biological activities "antioxidant activity and antibacterial activity". On the other hand, the cream has a better antioxidant activity since it is based on other oxidizing compounds such as the essential oil of Rosemary which has a significant antioxidant activity added to that of mastic tree oil.
